After you have placed your order online, please wait to hear from us further to organise a collection of your items.

We will send you a follow up email as soon as your items are ready for collection. Our turnaround times for the collection of your items occur within a period of 24 to 48 hours from the date and time of your purchase order.

Terms for Click & Collect:

Payment will only be accepted by bank transfer, credit card PayPal transactions will not be accepted for click and collect orders (only for postage orders);

• Click and collect orders (online orders via bank transfer or credit card) can be arranged for collection on my behalf from National Storage in Rowville everyday from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 4:30pm and on Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm).

Please note if arrangements are made to process payment by PayPal for click and collect orders,

your payment/s will be refunded (less 15% in fees associated with refund process which we have to pay out of pocket).
